The Dynamic Yield Personalization Awards celebrate the achievements of leading brands and partners in our global network that go above and beyond when it comes to tailoring experiences. These trailblazers are at the forefront of customer experiences and serve as goalposts for digital-first organizations investing in personalization.

The Personalization Expert Award

The Personalization Expert Award is given to leaders in our customer base who have a complete grasp of experience optimization, deploy campaigns across channels, are targeting and segmentation pros, and push the limits of personalization to create real value for their customers and their businesses.

The Personalization Innovator Award

An award for only the savviest Dynamic Yield customers, the Personalization Innovator Award recognizes brands that not only understand the true value of customer experiences but also find new ways to tap into our platform, build exciting use cases, and level up their personalization efforts.

The Personalization Thought Leadership Award

We give the Thought Leadership Award to those who not only demonstrate exceptional overall expertise in the implementation of experimentation and personalization but also elevate others through sharing knowledge and insights that push the rest of the industry forward.

The Partner Excellence Award

The Partner Excellence Award belongs to the Dynamic Yield partners who exemplify true leadership and collaboration, are experts in the system, offer strategic guidance and support to mutual customers, and serve as an extension of the Dynamic Yield team.

The Selection Process

Following open nominations, our Customer Success team evaluated a record number of submissions from across the 600+ customers using Dynamic Yield and analyzed the personalization programs and use cases built over the past year. Based on innovation and level of expertise demonstrated, a shortlist was selected and reviewed by a cross-department panel. We are excited to honor the organizations that went above and beyond this year, as well as key partners who have been models for effective collaboration.
