John is the CEO and Founder of Avex, an eCommerce agency based in NYC. John works closely with the strategy and partnerships teams at Avex to help define strategic initiatives and partnerships that allow the organization to deliver on its goal of providing 1:1 personalized experiences to its clients.

Veronica GelmanDirector of Client Services

Veronica has spent over a decade of her career working with various eCommerce brands across ranging verticals. During the last 4 years, Veronica worked alongside her clients to scale their businesses by providing strategic direction and solutions that helped them exceed their goals. Most recently, she oversees the Client Services & Retainer Departments at Avex, partnering closely with her team and Dynamic Yield, to ensure the success of their shared merchants.

David AnzalonePrincipal Strategist

David's role is key to helping Avex's clients thrive on Dynamic Yield. As the lead strategist at Avex, David provides strategic direction, recommendations, and reporting to clients to help them meet KPIs. David works closely with Avex's team of Strategists, Program Managers, and UX/UI Designers to deliver high-quality work and results to clients.

Sanjar SobirjonovHead of Development

Sanjar leads the engineering team at Avex and works closely with the product team at Dynamic Yield to support the ongoing growth of their shared clients. Sanjar provides support, training, and guidance to Avex's team of developers and solutions architects.

Joseph LezcanorCRO Developer

As the lead CRO developer at Avex, Joe supports Avex's clients by providing technical direction and execution of tasks in Dynamic Yield. Joe works closely with the team of Strategists, Engineers, and Designers to help deliver personalized experiences to clients.

Arielle KaminikGrowth Strategist
