During an exceptional year, being named a Best Place to Work by Crain’s is a testament to our culture

We’ve been recognized for a third year by Crain's New York for our ability to foster an employee-focused workplace, further enable professional development, and scale the organization during a truly challenging year.

A lot has changed since we last announced Dynamic Yield’s inclusion on Crain’s respected list of the 100 Best Places to Work in New York. Five short months after moving into our beautiful, new Flatiron office, we – like most businesses impacted by COVID-19 – transitioned to remote work, throwing many unexpected challenges our way.

But despite everything, we’ve worked to keep our company culture alive, from onboarding new employees remotely and hosting virtual events and happy hours to extending wellness benefits and providing lunch stipends so employees can support local restaurants. We continue to provide ongoing learning opportunities through the form of online courses and live, virtual workshops. We’ve also rolled out professional growth programs to retain our talent and enable professional & personal growth, working to ensure our team members continue to find fulfillment through their careers. Most importantly, we’ve focused on making sure our employees feel supported mentally and emotionally as they confront the difficulties that come with merging their home and work lives.

While it’s our third time earning a spot on Crain’s esteemed list, this year’s recognition feels particularly special. We’ve been learning on the go, figuring out ways to best serve our employees, keep them engaged, and prioritize their needs more than ever this past year. And as we enter our ninth month working from home, I’m so proud that we’ve been able to continue hiring, provide additional benefits, build engaging programming, and maintain our vibrant culture.

Dynamic Yield team zoom call 2020

Crain’s, in partnership with Best Companies Group, surveyed over 20,000 employees across New York’s five boroughs for its 13th annual report. The surveyed organizations, broken down by company size (small, mid-size, and large), were evaluated based on benefits, culture, working conditions, and this year, their ability to adjust and support remote teams. The rankings are based entirely on each organization’s responses, along with the questionnaire responses from employees at each company.

We’re excited to be listed alongside other leading organizations in the New York area, including Better.com, Bombas, Greenhouse, Makespace, MongoDB, The Trade Desk, and Yotpo. And while our business is centered on ensuring our customers provide today’s consumers with the best possible digital experiences, we’re using this recognition to fuel our efforts to continue providing our employees with the best possible work experience.

As we look ahead to 2021, we will continue to ensure that Dynamic Yield fosters a sense of inclusion, trust, and career fulfillment for all 250+ members of our global team. So if you’re interested in joining our troupe of all-stars, be sure to check out our open roles.
