GDPR-Friendly Models: Breeze uses models trained on non-GDPR data and fine-tuned with issuer data to ensure compliance. With customer consent, we access issuer data, including domestic and cross-border transactions, to enhance personalization while maintaining privacy.

Explicit Customer Consent: Customers must provide explicit consent for the use of their data. We assume that issuers have already obtained the necessary cardholder consent, and this requirement is clearly outlined in our agreements with issuers.

No PII/PCI: Data shared with Dynamic Yield does not contain sensitive customer information. All data elements are masked by Mastercard before being shared with Dynamic Yield, ensuring that no personally identifiable information (PII) or payment card information (PCI) is included.
