Who:

A popular American fashion retailer

Strategy:

Hypothesis:

With endless distractions online, abandoning a site – purposefully or accidentally – is common user behavior. Shoppers will often research and browse a number of eCommerce stores when contemplating a purchase, and after pouring over an abundance of online inventory, may not remember where they left off from one site to the next. To create a seamless experience, online retailers can save items a user has previously browsed and added to their cart, removing the friction of having to start their journey all over again and helping them efficiently continue along the path to purchase.
